With Transbase Myriad you are able to reliably archive, research and precisely find documents and every other kind of information which can be stored electronically. The contents can be in the form of pictures, music, videos, slideshows and many other variations.

Along with the powerful archiving tools, Transbase Myriad allows document research to be carried out using not only extended full-text searches but also description fields.
Beyond this Transbase Myriad supports the versioning of the stored information.
Transbase Myriad provides security concepts for archived contents.
Description fields (singular and multiple instances) can be freely defined in number (count), name, type and characteristic.
The full-text search is word oriented. Partial words (suffix, prefix, infix) can be used to search. Operators (AND, OR, NOT) can also be used. The logical neighborhood search is defined implicitly by the word sequence. Minimum and maximum distances can be predefined.
Any combination of descriptive and full-text predicates can be combined to form a query.
Query results can be stored and used at a later point in time. For example, as the basis for a further, more limiting query, avoiding the need to repeat the base query. A query can be simultaneously distributed across several archives.
A batch loader with its own scripting language for mass data capture and mechanisms for on-line archiving are available.
